Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Meet your guide and transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure
Depart Nairobi and drive to Tsavo East National Park. Afternoon game drive in search of elephants, lions, and giraffes. Overnight at a safari lodge.
Transfer to Tsavo West. Visit Mzima Springs and enjoy game drives across volcanic hills and lava flows. Overnight at a lodge overlooking the savannah.
Catch a flight to Samburu. Afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, home to crocodiles and elephants. Overnight at a luxury lodge.
Spend the day exploring Samburu National Reserve. Search for the “Special Five” – Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, and gerenuk.
Visit a Samburu village in the morning, learning about their traditions and lifestyle. Afternoon game drive in the reserve
Fly south to Maasai Mara. Afternoon safari drive across the rolling plains. Overnight at a tented safari camp
Morning and afternoon game drives in the Mara. Look out for big cats, elephants, and resident plains game.
Another full day on safari in the Mara. Optional hot air balloon safari available at sunrise.
Fly to the coast near Watamu or Diani. Afternoon at leisure in a private conservancy lodge.
